Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 366ph website (366ph.org), creating an account, depositing funds, claiming a bonus, or participating in any game or betting activity offered through the 366ph platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the 366ph platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of 366ph and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any posted amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility

To register for and use 366ph, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 366ph or any affiliated game provider.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or banned 366ph account, whether closed by 366ph or by voluntary self-exclusion.
• You must not be included on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

Section 3

Account Registration & KYC Verification

Each player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on 366ph. Multiple account creation — whether using different personal details, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any change. 366ph reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time and to request additional documentation as necessary.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 366ph requires all players to complete identity verification by submitting the following:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (acceptable documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, or Voter's ID).
• A recent selfie photograph clearly showing the player's face alongside the submitted ID document.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (where required by 366ph's compliance team).

366ph's compliance team will review KYC submissions and provide a verification decision. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests cannot be processed. 366ph reserves the right to place accounts under enhanced due diligence review, temporarily suspend withdrawal access pending review, or close accounts where submitted documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified.

Section 4

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 366ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You agree to:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced account security.
• Log out of your 366ph account after each session, particularly when accessing the platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify 366ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including persons claiming to represent 366ph. Legitimate 366ph support staff will never request your password.

366ph accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where such access resulted from the player's failure to take reasonable security precautions as outlined above, or where the player has knowingly shared their credentials with a third party.

Section 5

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits. 366ph accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically reflected in the player's 366ph wallet within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant Philippine banking institution.

Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3. Additional withdrawal conditions include:

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the player's own verified name. 366ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are as communicated on the 366ph platform at the time of the withdrawal request.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours.
• 366ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk management thresholds, which may result in brief processing delays.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be included in a withdrawal request.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

366ph offers various bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. The availability, value, and terms of each promotion are as specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which supplement and form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all 366ph bonuses unless otherwise explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any one time unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for the personal use of the registered account holder and may not be transferred to another player.

Section 7

Gameplay Rules & Fairness

All games offered through the 366ph platform are powered by independently tested and certified game providers. Each game operates on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring that all outcomes are statistically random and independent of any previous result. The advertised Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game represent the long-term statistical return and do not guarantee any particular outcome within any individual gaming session.

The rules applicable to each specific game — including bets, payouts, side bets, game mechanics, and applicable limits — are as specified within the individual game interface and the relevant game provider's published rules. Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 366ph platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during account registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Creating or operating more than one 366ph account, whether personally or in conjunction with third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting activity.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, loophole, or vulnerability in the 366ph platform or any game for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or discoverable error are void and will be reclaimed.

• Collusion with other players or the use of insider information in any game or sports betting market.
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts of other 366ph players without authorization.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on 366ph's technical infrastructure.
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the regulations of PAGCOR.

366ph reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, up to and including permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

366ph is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. 366ph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible from the account settings menu:

Section 10

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 366ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 366ph content without prior written authorization.

Section 11

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 366ph and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 366ph platform, including any losses sustained during gaming sessions.

Section 12

Account Suspension & Closure

366ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or the policies incorporated herein.
• Where required to comply with applicable law, a regulatory directive, or a court order.
• Where 366ph's compliance team has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed within the timeframe required by 366ph.
• Where the player has provided false or inaccurate registration information.
• Where the account has been inactive for an extended period as specified in 366ph's dormancy policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the player's wallet may be forfeited at 366ph's sole discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach, verified balances will be returned to the player via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review.

Section 13

Dispute Resolution

Amendments to These Terms

366ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 366ph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the 366ph platform, prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the 366ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you should immediately cease using 366ph and close your account by contacting [email protected].

Section 16

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that, subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 13, the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from applying to any court of competent jurisdiction for emergency interim relief.
